$123,600.00/yr - $162,300.00/yr What you’ll do

Layout and design of HVAC systems for heavy industrial clients. Develop design criteria for HVAC systems, including general comfort heating/cooling, temperature or humidity control, unique pressurization, and cleanliness requirements for clean room applications. Develop conceptual and preliminary design documents with calculations, Air Flow Diagrams (AFDs), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), and general arrangements. Produce final design documents, including specifications, sequences of operation, duct/piping layouts, and construction documents for systems such as chilled water and cooling water. Coordinate with other disciplines and interfacing teams. Qualifications

Professional Engineering License. At least ten (10) years’ experience in the design of HVAC systems for industrial facilities. Thorough knowledge of codes and standards related to HVAC design. Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Adaptability to work in a fast-paced team with multiple deadlines. Ability to lead a building mechanical team on a project and collaborate with other discipline team members remotely. Preferred software

Revit, Carrier HAP, Trane Trace 700, and Trane Trace 3D. Experience in the design of plumbing/utility systems. Benefits and compensation
