Manages employees performing engineering and technical activities in the area of Production Engineering. Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures, and sets operational goals. Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers, and leads process improvements. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports. Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes. Manages, develops, and motivates employees. Encourages development and career growth of team members; fosters collaboration, inclusion, and psychological safety. Basic Qualifications (Required)

Bachelor of Science from an accredited program in engineering, engineering technology, computer science, data science, mathematics, physics, chemistry, or equivalent related field. 5+ years of engineering experience. Preferred Qualifications (Desired)

3+ years in an engineering leadership role (lead or manager). Excellent verbal and written communications skills; ability to communicate with all levels of management, customers, and partners. Master of Science in an engineering discipline (preferred). Previous management experience and ability to build an inclusive, safe environment that promotes transparency and trust. Leadership to influence positive outcomes and mentor individuals and teams; experience hiring high-performance talent and developing leaders. Experience providing active mentorship and career guidance. Ability to elevate the team by growing talent and guiding career development. Additional Requirements

Total Rewards & Pay Transparency: Competitive base pay, variable compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package. Summary pay range: $129,200 - $174,800. Applications accepted until Oct. 30, 2025. Export Control: US Person required; certain citizenship/residency statuses apply. Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required. Relocation: Relocation available based on candidate eligibility.
