RESRG Automotive is seeking you to join our team as a Site Program Manager in our Covington, GA facility!

Your Job In this role, we are seeking an experienced Program Manager with specialized focus on New Production Introduction (NPI) and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP). You will be the driving force behind the successful launch of new products, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and achieving internal business objectives. You will thrive in a customer-centric environment, serving as a key interface and communicator for both internal and external stakeholders.

What you Will do in Your Role

Lead full-cycle New Product Introduction (NPI) programs from concept through launch

Apply APQP methodologies to ensure robust product and process design

Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers; manage requirements and expectations

Develop and manage detailed program plans, including APQP deliverables (FMEAs, Control Plans, PPAP)

Drive risk mitigation strategies, schedules, budgets, and resource planning

Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and accountability

Monitor program performance; implement corrective actions to meet targets

Control scope, schedule, and budget through structured change management

Prepare and deliver clear, effective program updates and presentations

Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure performance and quality

Enforce gated product lifecycle processes and quality milestone adherence

Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities across programs

Develop and deliver professional presentations

Drive organizational change and achieve results through influence and negotiation across multiple organizational functions with direct authority

Communicate cross functionally across varying aspects of the business and stakeholders

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field

Minimum of 3 years of progressive program management experience with an emphasis on NPI and/or APQP

Experience in customer negotiations

What Will Put You Ahead

Automotive or heavy vehicle manufacturing experience

Program Management Professional (PMP) certification

Demonstrated ability to use problem solving strategies (Lean, Six Sigma, 5WHY, Kaizen, etc)
