Overview

Pattern is looking for a Senior UX Designer to help shape the future of our flagship software platform, Predict. Predict consolidates omnichannel data and insights related to the performance of our brand partner products across global marketplaces. Our brand partners and brand managers use Predict to identify opportunities and take action to increase the effectiveness of their ecommerce strategy. This is a full-time role with a hybrid schedule based in Lehi, Utah. Responsibilities

Research our users with a passion for how they think and work Gain expert understanding of worldwide ecommerce marketplaces Stay informed on the competitive space Assemble wireframes using our pre-designed interface patterns Design innovative user interactions for core business workflows Tell the story with outstanding spoken and written communication Define, document, and present software requirements Collaborate with our product and development teams Conduct user testing and ensure quality of the product UX Continually learn about new UX concepts and share with the UX team Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in HCI, Visual Design, Industrial Design, Psychology, or related field 4+ years of UX-related experience Basic understanding of Figma (experience with Sketch or other design platforms is a plus) Experience designing SaaS products Ability to design creative and effective data visualizations Performance expectations

Follow through with all assignments in a timely manner Give 100% to tasks and projects Take full ownership of projects and see them through to completion Team and work environment

Work with a team of talented Product Managers and Engineers within Pattern\'s Brand Management Division Interface cross-functionally with key product users Operate in a data-driven, results-oriented culture Collaborate regularly to implement actionable solutions; input is encouraged from all team members What we are looking for in individuals
