Desktop Tech Support II
for our client ( one of the largest private credit providers in the US agricultural economy ) based in
Greenwood Village, CO . This role is a key part of an integrated, highly collaborative technical services team, focusing on advanced end-user computing, automation, and project work (50% project/building processes, 50% ticketing) rather than a traditional high-volume help desk.
Compensation:
Competitive pay rate of
$34 per hour .
Benefits:

Duration:
6-month contract
with potential for extension and/or conversion.

Onsite

Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve complex end-user computing issues for Windows and Mac devices.
Implement scripting and automation solutions (e.g., PowerShell/Bash) to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
Administer and support core Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams.
Manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) tasks, such as role-based access control and user provisioning.
Actively participate in key projects, including the current Windows 11 hardware refresh and platform integrations.
Qualifications
3-4 years
of proven experience in advanced end-user computing and endpoint device management.
Proficiency in
Microsoft 365
administration and strong technical skills in cloud platforms.
Demonstrated experience in
scripting/automation
to build and maintain technical processes.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
Intermediate understanding of
AWS
services and application integration principles.
