$56,000.00/yr - $106,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Independently resolve tickets within SLA. Open Bridge Calls and participate in P1 bridges to drive technical troubleshooting. Ticket Monitoring and on-call support. Follow the escalation process and shift hand-over process. Update the knowledge base; technically upgrade across versions of the environment when required. Adhere to standard operating procedures/work instructions. Uphold 24x7 availability as required. Perform tasks related to Cisco IP telephony network infrastructure (CUCM, Unity Connection, SIP, MGCP, H.323). Manage endpoints: add IP phones, End Users, CSS, Partition, Route Pattern, Route Group, etc. Work with Unity Connection voicemail services and related VoIP services. Key technologies
CUCM & Unity Connection 8.x and 9.x SIP, MGCP and H.323 gateways UCCX 8.0 and 9.0 for IMACs Basic scripting knowledge of UCCX 8.0 & 9.0 Qualifications
Technical Certification: CCVP with at least 10 to 15 years of experience. Basic understanding of CUCM & Cisco Unity Connection version 8.x and 9.x. Strong understanding of Cisco IP telephony components and related services. Disclaimers and equal opportunity
