The Staff Registered Nurse assumes responsibility for the management and delivery of patient care utilizing the nursing process. May be required to float to other units and participate in on-call status. This position requires population-specific competencies and adherence to National Patient Safety Goals as appropriate based on patient contact level. Qualifications: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Oklahoma or a multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state. At least 2 years RN experience. Completion of the professional nurse orientation program and assigned unit orientation, including specific skills checklists. Core competencies demonstrated within 90 days; unit-specific competencies within 12 months. Current BLS certification upon hire or within 30 days. Effective communication in English. Department-specific competencies completed during orientation. Pay Tiers: Tier 1 - $45/hour with shift eligibility. Tier 2 - $50/hour with shift eligibility. Incumbents must work at least 20 hours/week. Additional Requirements: Operation of INTEGRIS-owned or personal vehicle, with a valid Oklahoma driver’s license and acceptable driving record. Emergency Department Certifications: ACLS within 6 months of hire. PALS within 12 months of hire. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assessment and reassessment Developing and implementing care plans Supervising and coordinating care personnel Providing guidance and mentorship The RN reports to the appropriate manager, director, or vice president. Staff must be able to assist with physical restraint and may have additional physical or respiratory requirements. Exposure to hazards, infections, and workplace violence is possible; universal safety precautions must be followed. May be required to float to other units and be on call.
