Scheduling, Sr Analyst

ENGIE North America Inc. Senior Scheduling Analyst is responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules to ensure timely completion of projects. The Senior Scheduling Analyst will interface and collaborate on cross-functional internal and external project teams to ensure project timelines are realistic and achievable. Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with project scope, timelines, costs, and resources Monitor and update project schedules, incorporating approved changes and collaborating with project managers, contractors, team members, and stakeholders for accurate data collection for schedule updates Identify and analyze scheduling risks and conflicts, providing resolution strategies through variance analysis, what-if scenarios, and forensic schedule analysis using dynamic CPM models Ensure compliance with project controls policies and procedures, including earned value management, rules of credit, and company-specific project planning and scheduling procedures Support project control initiatives by developing KPIs, schedule templates, control plans, and guidelines to enhance scheduling performance and consistency What You’ll Bring

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Science, or a related field, with practical experience in relevant technical systems, project management principles, and project scheduling; certification such as PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) or similar credential demonstrates advanced scheduling expertise Minimum of five (5) years of project scheduling experience in the energy, construction, or engineering industries Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Procore, and Power BI, with comprehensive knowledge of scheduling tools, methodologies, and the Microsoft Office suite Advanced Excel skills, including data import, pivot tables, charts and graphs, and custom formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP) to create customized schedule analysis Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM), including Key Performance Indicators (KPI) tracking and S-curve calculation analysis Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with a detail-oriented mindset Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams Additional Details

This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy. Must be available to travel domestically up to 25% of the time and be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies. Compensation

Salary Range:

$86,100 – $132,020 USD annually This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate. ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
