As a Sales Coach, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing sales performance and refining sales techniques across the organization. Your primary focus will be ensuring that sales professionals adopt a value and solution-based sales approach. While primarily focused on the USA, you will also support our Spain and Mexico teams when required. Base pay range
$90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities
Sales Coaching: Spend 100% of your time with field and desk-based sales reps, providing real-time coaching, behavioral modeling, and structured feedback sessions to reinforce learning and optimize performance. One-on-One and Peer Coaching: Conduct individual and peer-to-peer coaching sessions to develop sales skills and techniques. Live Feedback: Deliver real-time feedback and behavioral modeling during live sales interactions, both in the field and virtually. Collaboration: Align with Sales Leaders and the Regional Training Manager to understand and address individual and team coaching needs. Performance Reporting: Provide weekly performance updates to the Regional Training Lead and Sales Managers and prepare monthly reports for the Country Managing Director. Consultative Selling: Guide sales reps in transitioning from transactional selling to consultative, value-driven conversations. Requirements
5+ years in sales or sales management, preferably in B2B, field sales, or solution selling. Coaching: Proven capability to coach, inspire, develop, and constructively challenge sales professionals. Sales Expertise: Strong understanding of the full sales cycle, customer engagement, and negotiation strategies. Communication Skills: Strong ability to deliver direct, actionable, and motivating feedback in real time. Problem-Solving: Quick analysis of sales calls/interactions to provide tailored coaching solutions. Language Skills: Spanish language ability is desirable/preferred. 60% Travel commitment Employment type
