Talent Acquisition Project Coordinator About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, motivated Talent Acquisition (TA) Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential project management, system/data support, and compliance coordination to help streamline our Talent Acquisition processes. You will support ongoing projects, facilitate communication between stakeholders, and ensure efficient execution of TA initiatives. Responsibilities

Project & Process Management Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure timely execution. Assist in reviewing and documenting TA processes to identify and implement improvements. Support project meetings by preparing updates, maintaining documentation, and coordinating follow-ups. Coordinate with internal and external contacts (recruiters, hiring managers, IT, Finance, Legal) for project-related tasks. Track vendor performance and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). Maintain accurate records of vendor contracts, invoices, and correspondences. Support budget monitoring and assist with invoice processing. Monitor recruitment activities for compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Ensure accurate documentation and provide auditing support for all TA processes. Identify and escalate potential compliance risks as needed. Generate and distribute reports on compliance initiatives and project progress. Help document and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and project files. Research HR and Talent Acquisition trends, tools, and compliance updates. System & Data Management Assist with testing, documenting, and auditing within TA systems. Support data entry, user access, and troubleshooting to ensure system accuracy and functionality. Maintain data integrity and compliance across all platforms. Minimum Qualifications

Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. Desired Skills

Experience in budget support and project coordination. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
