Your Responsibilities As a
Payment Solutions Pricing Lead

you will:
Develop and manage the overall pricing structure for all New Business activities
Design and implement pricing models for Direct Services offerings, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer value
Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, and Finance to support go-to-market strategies with effective pricing
Lead pricing strategy and execution for Payment Solutions clients
Manage the pricing infrastructure, including tools, systems, and governance processes
Monitor and analyze network and acquirer fee schematics; assess impact of changes and make recommend adjustments
Track and evaluate mix of business against pricing assumptions to ensure accuracy and profitability
Continuously assess pricing performance and business mix to identify opportunities for improvement
Recommend and implement pricing changes based on data-driven insights and market dynamics
Ensure pricing changes are executed effectively across systems and communicated to relevant stakeholders

What Skills You Need
5+ years of experience in pricing strategy, preferably specifically in the payments industry
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in pricing tools and financial modeling
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with pricing infrastructure and change management processes
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment
Ability to travel up to 25% based on business needs
What Makes You Stand Out
Deep understanding of payment networks, acquirer fees, and transaction economics
Familiarity with pricing software and ERP systems
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations in payments
Education Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferredor equivalent related work experience
