Overview
Authentic Growth Wellness Group (AGWG) is a thriving, collaborative, and community-rooted private practice dedicated to helping individuals and families discover their healthy, whole selves. We are expanding our leadership team and seeking a Clinical Supervisor (Level 3 Therapist) to join us in guiding our mission, supporting our team of clinicians, and deepening the clinical excellence of our practice.
Who You Are
A licensed clinician in Illinois: LCPC, LCSW, PsyD, or PhD
Minimum of 2 years providing supervision; minimum of 5 years as a licensed LPC/LCPC (LSW/LCSW)
Previous supervision experience or strong readiness to step into a supervisory role
Trained (or open to training) in EMDR, IFS/IFS-Informed EMDR, DBT, and Family Systems Therapy
Skilled in treatment planning, clinical documentation, and ethical decision-making
A regulated, reflective clinician who values presence, humility, and authenticity
Passionate about trauma healing, emotional growth, and mentoring other therapists
Strong communicator and collaborator, comfortable both independently and in team-based consultation
Committed to supporting supervisees in aligning with ethical standards, timely documentation, and ongoing clinical growth
Role Responsibilities
Clinical Supervision & Leadership
Provide clinical supervision to provisionally licensed therapists (LPC/LSW) and other team members as assigned
Model best practices in clinical work, professionalism, and timely documentation
Support the development of supervisees’ clinical skills, confidence, and professional identity
Maintain awareness of ethical and compliance standards; guide supervisees in upholding them
Direct Clinical Work
Maintain a part-time clinical caseload, with the option to grow to full-time
Conduct individual, family, or group therapy sessions using trauma-informed, evidence-based modalities
Develop treatment plans, complete documentation in a timely manner, and collaborate with adjunct providers when necessary
Team & Community Engagement
Actively participate in group consultation and ongoing professional development opportunities
Contribute to the supportive, values-driven culture at AGWG
Serve as a trusted referral partner within our community, furthering AGWG’s mission and visibility

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience, licensure, and supervisory responsibilities
Pay & Benefits Pay: Client Session Rate: $70 per supervision session rendered to a Level 1 Therapist.
