Northwestern University is seeking a temporary Part‑time Audiologist for the Evanston campus. The Roxelyn and Richard Pepper Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders is seeking a licensed audiologist for two academic quarters (Winter 2026, Spring 2026) to join our team of audiologists and speech language pathologists at our on‑campus teaching clinic for speech and hearing. The successful applicant will provide clinical care while precepting AuD students to support the service and educational missions of Northwestern University's Center for Audiology, Speech, Language, and Learning (NUCASLL). The position will be primarily housed in NUCASLL located on Northwestern's Evanston campus. The Center provides general practice audiological services to all ages and specialty services in tinnitus, cochlear implants, aural rehabilitation, and central auditory processing disorders. Hearing devices from all major manufacturers are dispensed. Our teaching clinic's scope of services and processes allow for ease of transition for audiologists from a variety of clinical backgrounds. Qualifications Required

Illinois AuD licensure American Heart Association BLS Certification Minimum 3 years of full‑time experience, or the equivalent Opportunities

Provide exceptional, evidence‑based diagnosis and treatment for patients in an independent audiology practice setting Perform and interpret comprehensive diagnostic evaluations utilizing behavioral and physiological testing including immittance and otoacoustic emissions Dispense and fit hearing aids and assistive devices using best practices and rehabilitative strategies including fine‑tuning to real‑ear prescription, utilizing validated outcome measures, and counseling Perform any specialty service commensurate with candidate's clinical interest, clinical resources, and patient need (optional); current opportunities include tinnitus evaluation and management, cochlear implant evaluations and mapping, vestibular assessment and management, and electrophysiological studies Precept First Year AuD students enrolled at Northwestern, modeling exceptional attention to patient‑centered care and a commitment to the audiology profession Partner with the NUCASLL Audiology Team to develop the clinical skills of First Year AuD students via small group direct instruction once per week Occasional participation in community service activities including hearing screenings or seminars based on clinic schedule and need Northwestern University seeks to employ a varied and diverse range of dynamic people who understand the importance of our mission and vision.
