Conduct estate plan signing meetings, clearly explaining legal documents in plain language Manage and file probate cases, including court appearances as needed Handle MassHealth long-term care applications, including appeals and court hearings Lead 3-Year Checkup appointments for returning clients to ensure plans stay updated Review and finalize documents prepared by our team Collaborate with our intake and legal departments to ensure a seamless client experience Learn directly from Attorney Michael Monteforte, a published author and recognized expert in the field What Makes This Role Different
Zero billable hour requirements One work-from-home day per week, available after completion of training Direct mentorship from a firm founder with more than 20 years of experience A tight-knit, drama-free team where everyone has each other’s back Clear systems, defined responsibilities, and a focus on doing things the right way Role Requirements
Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts At least two years of experience in estate planning, elder law, or probate Highly organized, methodical, and reliable Empathetic and clear communication, especially when explaining legal topics Ability to appear in court for MassHealth or probate matters Appreciation for systems, checklists, and consistency in daily work Value follow-through over flashy presentation Client advocacy and fulfillment over sales and networking Role Not For You If
