The Neuroscience Sales Specialist is a strategic, results-driven professional responsible for significant sales growth and profitability within a defined territory through compliant, ethical solutions. The Sales Specialist understands account-based selling, builds and maintains strong total office relationships, and supports cross-functional initiatives. The role requires problem-solving and analytical skills to identify opportunities, develop tailored solutions for customers, and exceed performance expectations. The Sales Specialist will manage territory resources, share best practices with internal teams, and align goals with organizational targets. Essential Areas Of Responsibility
Build rapport and relationships by interacting effectively with regional team members and key external contacts (e.g., HCP and office staff) at all levels, understanding needs and responding with appropriate actions. Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing of products to current and potential customers. Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote products and provide product and patient education. Strategically manage and grow relationships with key accounts by tailoring solutions to meet their needs and leveraging industry insights to drive product differentiation and achieve sales targets. Review and analyze sales data to create effective territory plans and manage promotional budget funds. Address external market challenges while fostering a collaborative environment with internal teams to drive cohesive sales strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate diverse expertise and achieve shared objectives. Maintain a call average as outlined in the sales plan, focusing on top target customers during face-to-face interactions with healthcare providers. Take calculated risks and apply problem-solving techniques to improve performance in geographical assignments. Adhere to Teva’s compliance policies and guidelines. Achieve all sales performance goals, objectives, and complete administrative duties for the geographical assignment. Your Experience And Qualifications
Any equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered. Education/Certification/Experience
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a related field. At least 1 year of full-time, documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales experience strongly preferred. Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
Proven record of accomplishments in this market toward meeting established objectives. Demonstrated interpersonal skills including active listening, empathy, open communication, inclusivity, and openness to feedback. Well-developed written and oral communication skills. Ability to interact with HCPs in both face-to-face and virtual environments; proficient with technology. Knowledge of reimbursement, managed care, or marketing preferred. New product launch experience preferred. Broad therapeutic area experience preferred. Must pass background, motor, and drug screening. Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record required. Full-time documented B2B sales experience dependent on level. Pharmaceutical sales experience preferred. Level commensurate with years of experience and performance criteria. Levels

Regular travel, which may include air travel and weekend or overnight travel. Current Territory Boundaries Include
North - Monterey; South - Tarzan's; East - Simi Valley; West - Coastal Cities. Territory boundaries subject to change based on business need. Compensation
The annual starting salary for this position is between $88,000 - $170,000. Salary within this range may be influenced by geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. This position qualifies for participation in the company’s sales incentive plan. Benefits
