Selling and servicing Swedish Match's products in retail stores within the assigned geography. Gaining new item distribution, promoting execution, and merchandising products; ensuring product freshness in all assigned stores. Using data to develop fact-based presentations for customers and following the company call process. Handling all administrative aspects of the job, including expenses and point-of-sale materials. Who we’re looking for

Bachelor\'s degree or directly related work experience is required. Requires some directly related work experience in non-durable consumer goods sales. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Problem-solving and ability to develop creative solutions. Critical thinking with the ability to think and act in selling situations. Analytical skills to analyze data and develop a sales plan. Planning skills to prioritize activities to achieve results. Microsoft Office and business math skills. The candidate must live within the geographical assignment. Legally authorized to work in the U.S. Territory Sales Managers must be able to lift, push, pull, reach, conduct overhead work and carry bags and boxes as part of sales activities (up to 10 pounds frequently; up to 20 pounds occasionally; possibly up to 50 pounds seldom). Annual Base Salary Range:

$60,000-$80,000 What we offer
