Your Day To Day

Swedish Match North America LLC develops, manufactures, and sells quality products with market-leading brands such as ZYN nicotine pouches and other smokeless tobacco products. Our vision is “A world without cigarettes,” and our mission is to provide adult consumers with enjoyable alternatives that have a lower risk than smoking. We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to cover Fargo, ND and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will manage all sales and operational functions within the assigned geography. Selling and servicing Swedish Match products in retail stores in the assigned geography. Gaining new item distribution, promoting, and merchandising products, and ensuring product freshness in all stores. Use data to develop fact-based presentations for customers and follow our call process. Handle all administrative aspects of the job, including expenses and point-of-sale materials. Responsibilities

Bachelor's degree or directly related work experience is required. Some directly related work experience in non-durable consumer goods sales. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Problem-solving and ability to develop creative solutions Critical thinking with the ability to think and act in selling situations Analytical skills to analyze data and develop a sales plan Planning skills to prioritize activities to achieve results Microsoft Office and business math skills The candidate must live within the geographical assignment. Territory Sales Managers must be able to lift, push, pull, reach, conduct overhead work and carry bags and boxes as part of the sales activities (up to 10 pounds frequently; up to 20 pounds occasionally; up to 50 pounds seldom). Compensation

Annual Base Salary Range:
