Zarminali Pediatrics is building the nation's leading pediatric multispecialty group, focused on supporting families to shape healthy futures for their children – from birth through adulthood – by completely transforming the way pediatric care is delivered nationwide.

We are tackling today's challenges of increased administrative burden on clinicians and a siloed approach to pediatric care through intentional design of care delivery, enhanced by leading technology and collaborative, expert care teams. Our name, inspired by our founder's daughter's name – Zarmina – means “something that is more precious to you than gold”.

Testing & Assessment: Administer speech and language evaluations using standardized tools and instruments to identify the type and degree of impairments.

Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans for disorders such as stuttering, delayed language, swallowing difficulties, or voice problems, in collaboration with physicians, psychologists, and social workers.

Therapy Delivery: Plan, organize, and conduct speech, language, and feeding therapy sessions, coordinating with other therapeutic activities to maximize outcomes.

Family Education: Educate and train families and caregivers to best support the patient’s progress at home and in daily life.

Documentation: Write reports and maintain thorough documentation of evaluations, treatment progress, and discharge plans in alignment with best practices and healthcare regulations.

Collaboration: Work closely with occupational and physical therapists, advanced practice clinicians, and support staff to deliver coordinated, patient‑centered care.

Advocate: Supports children and families by meeting them where they are and connecting them with resources to help them thrive.

Collaborative: Fosters teamwork, mentorship, and mutual support to maximize patient outcomes and professional growth.

Tech‑Forward: Embraces technology to streamline workflows, reduce administrative burden, and enhance care delivery.

Growth‑Oriented: Invests in personal development and fosters growth and learning in patients, families, and colleagues.

Family‑First: Respects family values and decisions while providing evidence‑based, compassionate, and empowering care.
