Provides supervision and oversight of services and operations of the program to teach residents the necessary skills to live in the least restrictive community living arrangement of their choice. The MI/IDD Residential Program Manager supervises the Program Coordinator’s operation of the facility and ensures compliance with applicable safety and licensing standards. In conjunction with the Program Coordinator, the MI/IDD Residential Program Manager supervises Residential Supervisors’ provision of client services and promotes outstanding internal and external customer service. This includes performing assessments, developing service plans, and maintaining appropriate documentation. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Provide recovery-focused treatment aligned with trauma-informed care practices; deliver personal growth-focused services to clients and their families, ensuring hours of care meet expectations. Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Provide services using evidence-based methodologies; conduct individual, group, and family services for the assigned caseload. Treat all clients and colleagues with dignity and respect, regardless of protected status. Collaborate professionally within a team-based framework to promote client growth and Centerstone’s mission. Complete documentation legibly, accurately, timely, and thoroughly; incorporate audit feedback in documentation. Support Centerstone’s strategic goals, mission, and values; present a positive and professional demeanor. Proactively identify and help resolve problems; offer recommendations to improve services and customer experience. Assist service recipients in developing individualized, person-centered plans; monitor progress and participate in plan reviews; update plans as needed. Conduct intakes, explain services, gather information, obtain signatures, and process materials; conduct assessments and write assessment summaries as assigned. Assist with linking clients to internal and external resources; maintain appropriate contact with referral sources and provide progress updates (as allowed by releases) and ongoing consultation. Assist with discharge planning and follow-up services as assigned. Demonstrate ability to manage crisis situations, ensure client safety, and make appropriate referrals when indicated. Attend staff meetings, clinical staffings, and committees; maintain effective communication with colleagues and work as part of the treatment team. Meet and maintain applicable certification and licensure requirements, including QIDP certification and annual CEUs. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Effective written and verbal communication in person and virtually. Knowledge of confidentiality guidelines and applicable regulatory guidelines, codes, and agency policies. Customer service skills; ability to establish and maintain interpersonal relationships with clients and staff. Problem-solving skills; ability to identify and prioritize tasks. Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s Degree in a human service field, OR High School Diploma/GED with 15 years of human services experience, including at least five years supervised experience under QMHP/QIDP. Master’s degree preferred. Years of Experience : At least 5 years of supervisory experience; experience supervising programs operating 24/7 preferred. Certification/Licensure : QIDP certification or ability to obtain certification. Physical Requirements : Standing 20%, Sitting 80%, Squatting Occasional, Kneeling Occasional, Bending Occasional, Driving Occasional, Lifting Occasional. Disclaimer
