The Euclid facility specializes in the manufacturing and repair of main engine fuel pumps, airframe pumps and aftermarket repairs for commercial and military aviation.

What You’ll Do Responsibilities include providing direction in the maintenance, acquisition and design of test equipment, reviewing test procedures and requirements with product engineers and coordinating and executing test plans to ensure completion per schedule.
In This Function You Will
Provide leadership to Test Lab personnel in support of test plans and procedures for various aircraft products and fuel systems.
Plan, schedule and execute assigned test plans for Main Engine and Airframe fuel pumps.
Provide technical support regarding functional and performance testing of high pressure hydro mechanical and electromechanical components and systems.
Design and procure tooling and fixtures for the assembly and test of new products.
Execute qualification and development test plans to meet program goals and milestones.
Specify required test equipment for development and qualification testing.
Manage multiple simultaneous projects to successful completion.
Establish and document assembly, disassembly, and inspection procedures.
Assist in the development of new manufacturing processes to support new product introduction.
Performs hands-on testing as required.
Must be a self-starter and able to work with minimal direction.
Interface with maintenance personnel and provide technical support for Engineering and Production test equipment.
Support Engineering Test Lab safety initiatives.
Qualifications Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
Minimum of 1 year experience working in a manufacturing environment
Relocation is not offered; candidate must live within a 50 mile radius of Euclid, Ohio. Active Duty military are exempt from the geographic requirement
Access to export-controlled information required. U.S. person status required (citizen/national, permanent resident, refugee under 8 U.S.C. 1157, or asylee under 8 U.S.C. 1158)
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Aircraft Accessories, Products and Test Equipment
Proficient with 3D modeling using CATIA or similar CAD software
Experience with designing tooling and fixtures related to assembly or test stands

Excellent communication skills and ability to understand technical issues
Strong technical aptitude
