Are you a strategic problem solver who thrives on streamlining complex business processes and driving meaningful change? Advantage Technical is partnering with a global technology leader in the semiconductor industry to identify an experienced Project Manager to lead a company-wide Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) transformation.
Pay Rate: $75/hr.
Key Responsibilities
Redesign and optimize the full Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process to enhance efficiency, reduce manual effort, and accelerate revenue recognition.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable workflows.
Leverage ERP and CRM systems (Epicor ERP and Salesforce) to align process improvements with system functionality and data integrity.
Facilitate workshops, conduct analyses, and drive stakeholder alignment to ensure adoption of standardized practices.
Document and train teams on new processes, developing SOPs, workflow maps, and job aids.
Identify automation opportunities that streamline approvals, order routing, billing, and reporting.
Establish performance metrics and lead ongoing process improvement efforts post-implementation.
Manage project delivery, including timeline planning, milestone tracking, and leadership reporting.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Project Manager or Business Process Consultant, ideally in a manufacturing or technical services environment.
Deep understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes and financial operations.
Hands‑on experience with Salesforce CRM and Epicor ERP strongly preferred.
Demonstrated success leading business process transformation and change management initiatives.
Strong analytical, documentation, and workflow design skills (Visio, Lucidchart, etc.).
Adept at collaborating across departments and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic mindset with the ability to challenge legacy processes and drive sustainable improvement.
