Base pay range $130,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr

We are actively interviewing for this Full-time Human Resources Manager job opportunity. This is a hands-on manager position with a small HR team. You would manage 3 other HR professionals and be the 4th member of the team.

Job Description Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contracts, attendance, and performance data.

Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution fairly and professionally.

Conduct orientation and onboarding programs for new employees.

Coordinate and implement staff training on cleaning standards, customer service, and workplace safety.

Develop and enforce HR policies in line with labor laws and organizational needs.

Monitor staff attendance, leave management, and shift scheduling.

Prepare monthly payroll data, including overtime, allowances, and statutory deductions.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PAYE, pension, NHF, health insurance). Promote employee engagement through regular communication and welfare initiatives.

Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.

Support management in workforce planning and succession planning.

Safeguard confidential staff information and HR records.

Perform other HR duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Minimum of 10 years’ HR experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

Integrity, confidentiality, and ethical judgment.

Strong interpersonal and employee relations skills.

Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

Attention to detail in payroll and record management.

Clear and professional communication (verbal and written).

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
