Overview
NOVO is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for recent college graduates who are eager to learn and grow in the construction and marketing fields. The Marketing Coordinator will support the Director of Marketing across a wide range of responsibilities, from proposal development to event coordination, while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Preparation and delivery of proposals, correspondence, and presentation materials
Creating new marketing project sheets, resumes, and qualification packages
Content development (writing, editing, and proofreading) for proposals, qualifications, and web publication
Coordinating project photography bookings and maintaining a digital inventory of photos and contracts
Maintaining Box for marketing assets
Updating the company website and social media outlets
Support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives
Help organize recruiting events and sponsorships, including collateral, signage, and logistics
Collect and organize data for project tracking, metrics, and reporting
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, preconstruction, and leadership teams to support marketing deliverables
Provide general administrative support to the marketing department as needed
Qualifications
Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) preferred
Interest in design, branding, and the built environment
Ability to multitask and work on tight deadlines in a collaborative environment
Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
Compensation And Benefits
Salary: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 annually, based on qualifications and experience
Full time: 40 hours per week Monday-Friday in the office/job site
