Represent clients in litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents. Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice to clients. Participate in court hearings, depositions, and trials. Assist with transactional matters, including drafting, reviewing contracts, and corporate/nonprofit governance documents. Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to ensure comprehensive client service. Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to Illinois bar and in good standing. Litigation experience strongly preferred. Strong analytical, research, and writing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
