This position aims to expand Blast It Clean’s market presence in abrasive blasting, industrial cleaning, protective coatings, and related specialty services. The role requires strong technical knowledge, client relationship management, and collaboration across estimating, operations, and leadership teams to drive profitable growth. Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in construction, industrial, and restoration markets.
Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within industrial, municipal, and government sectors.
Manage a pipeline of high-bid projects and nurture client relationships.
Collaborate with estimating, operations, and leadership teams to drive profitable growth.
Travel to client sites, job walkthroughs, and industry events as needed.
Working Conditions
Primarily field/office with travel to client sites, job walkthroughs, and industry events.
May require travel to multiple states depending on project and market coverage.
Compensation $80,000 - $105,000
yearly based on experience
Qualifications
Strong technical knowledge relevant to abrasive blasting, industrial cleaning, protective coatings, and related services.
Experience in industrial, municipal, and government sectors.
Excellent client relationship management and collaboration skills.
Ability to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in construction, industrial, and restoration markets.
