Overview
As the Life Sciences Business Developper Manager in North America, you will play a pivotal role in driving the divisional revenue growth through the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that align with the division\'s overall objectives, fostering a culture of success, and establishing strong relationships with key clients and partners. You will report directly to the Life Sciences Sales Director. Key Responsibilities
Drive, develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and divisional objectives in the Cosmetics market in North America. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. Define sales practices, objectives by sector, customer, and lead sales KPIs (visits, closing ratio, accepted quote, average basket) , processes and systems to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. Hunt 20 new clients in our core business /year (for Active ingredients and finished products). Collaborate with teams to optimize product/service offerings based on market feedback. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. Ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Work closely with the divisional management team to align sales strategies, best practices and cross-selling with overall business objectives. Optimize the use of Zoho CRM. Explore and adopt AI tools to improve our activities. Maintain a personal relationship with the top 5 clients key decision makers. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field, business, finance, engineering or related field from an accredited university; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience as a successful sales leader in a similar capacity. Strong understanding of the Life Sciences TIC market and trends. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions. Demonstrated ability to build, motivate, and lead high-performance sales teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies. Results-driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global matrixed environment with competing priorities. Additional Information
