proven agency recruitment experience
to drive client acquisition and partnership growth. This is not a general sales role. We’re seeking someone who understands the
agency recruitment business model —whether you’re: An experienced recruiter looking to pivot into a revenue-driving role, or A current agency Business Development Manager seeking a higher-impact opportunity this role is built for you. What You’ll Do
Proactively generate and develop new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and industry engagement Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients across the
Real Estate, Energy, and high-growth sectors
- we have created lists so no wasted time. Pitch SECCA’s
executive search and consulting services
directly to decision-makers (C-Suite, Hiring Leaders, HR executives) Partner closely with our Managing Director and Recruiting team to deliver tailored hiring solutions Track and manage outreach, follow-ups, and client activity through CRM tools and reporting Contribute to market expansion strategies and drive long-term revenue growth What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in agency recruitment
(business development, client acquisition, or full-desk recruiting) Proven ability to
open doors, build trust, and convert conversations into clients Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue/sales targets in a recruitment or staffing agency setting A performance-driven self-starter who thrives in a competitive, entrepreneurial environment Why SECCA Search Group
