Full-time The Opportunity Quaintise is a healthcare marketing agency that partners with leading physician groups, healthcare brands, life-sciences, and health tech organizations. We are hiring a

Senior Marketing Account Director

to lead

one VIP, highly complex client account

end-to-end. You’ll be the client’s primary point of contact and internal “air traffic controller,” translating business goals into clear briefs, managing timelines across cross-functional teams, and ensuring polished, on-brand delivery—every time. This role is perfect for an agency veteran with impeccable writing and communication skills, a refined creative eye, and a data-driven approach to modern digital marketing. Past

agency

experience is required.

What You’ll Do

Own the relationship.

Serve as the trusted, day-to-day lead for a marquee healthcare client—setting strategy, aligning stakeholders, and maintaining a proactive cadence of communication and executive-ready updates.

Run the operating system.

Drive clarity across briefs, SOWs, project plans, timelines, budgets, and weekly standups—keeping multi-workstream initiatives (brand, web, social, content, paid, analytics, creative production) moving in lockstep against deadlines.

Set the bar for quality.

Review and refine deliverables (decks, copy, creative, reports) for clarity, accuracy, brand alignment, and executive polish before anything goes out the door.

Lead integrated campaigns.

Coordinate social content calendars, paid social/SEM, landing pages, email/SMS, and performance optimizations—partnering closely with strategy, content, design, media, analytics, and dev.

Be outcomes-obsessed.

Establish goals/KPIs, guide measurement plans and dashboards, translate data into actionable insights, and recommend optimizations that improve conversion and ROI.

Orchestrate creative excellence.

Provide clear feedback to creative teams, protect timelines, and ensure a highly refined aesthetic that aligns with the client’s brand standards.

Anticipate and escalate.

Identify risks early, resolve issues decisively, and communicate tradeoffs with executive presence.

Grow the account thoughtfully.

Surface smart, brand-safe opportunities that add value and deepen trust.

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

You’ve consolidated multiple stakeholder inputs into a single source of truth (briefs, timelines, comms plan) and built a predictable weekly operating rhythm.

Content and social programs ship on time with clean workflows for creative approvals and asset trafficking.

KPI dashboards are live; performance reviews connect insights to next-step experiments (creative testing, audience refinement, funnel fixes).

The client and internal team praise your clarity, speed, and polish.

What You Bring

8–12+ years

in marketing/advertising with significant agency experience leading complex, retained accounts; healthcare or regulated categories strongly preferred.

Elite communication & writing.

Executive-ready decks, crisp briefs, and persuasive synthesis. You can take messy inputs and produce clear, compelling narratives.

Program leadership.

Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects for a single enterprise client—spanning strategy, creative, media, web, and analytics—on tight timelines.

Digital and analytics fluency.

Comfort with full-funnel planning, paid social/SEM, content and SEO, marketing automation/CRM, UTM governance, GA4, Agency Analytics—or equivalent.

Creative sensibility.

A refined eye for brand standards, design fundamentals, and channel-appropriate storytelling (social, web, email, video).

Operational rigor.

Mastery of scopes, resourcing, status reports, and change management; strong command of project tools (Slack, Figma, Dropbox).

Executive presence.

Calm under pressure, credible in the boardroom, and adept at guiding senior stakeholders to smart decisions.

Client service mindset.

White-glove, solutions-oriented, and relentlessly reliable.

Nice to Have

Experience leading marquee client accounts as the day-to-day owner.

Background in social media operations (calendars, asset trafficking, approvals, reporting) and paid social optimization.

Familiarity with healthcare privacy/compliance considerations.

How We Work

Remote-first with periodic in-person meetings in Los Angeles for key milestones.

Fast-moving, collaborative culture that values craftsmanship, accountability, and results.

Competitive compensation with benefits.
