Role Description
This is a full-time role based in the Bay Area. As a UI/UX Designer, you will lead the design of VITURE’s digital products and interfaces, ensuring that user experiences are intuitive, visually compelling, and aligned with our brand and technology vision. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to create experiences that bridge hardware and software, from conceptual exploration to high-fidelity prototypes and production-ready designs. Responsibilities
Design and iterate user interfaces across web, mobile, and XR platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience. Lead end-to-end design process: research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and documentation. Translate product requirements, brand identity, and user insights into functional, engaging, and innovative design solutions. Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and interaction patterns to ensure consistency across products. Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and refine designs based on insights. Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Stay up-to-date with UI/UX trends, interaction design best practices, and emerging XR interface paradigms. Mentor junior designers and contribute to fostering a culture of design excellence as needed. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human–Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, or related field. 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX or Product Design, preferably with experience in consumer electronics, AR/VR, or digital product ecosystems. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), and prototyping tools (e.g., Principle, ProtoPie, Framer). Solid understanding of design systems, responsive design, accessibility, typography, color theory, and motion principles. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. What We Offer
