The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is looking for a skilled Delivery Consultant to join AWS. In this role you will work closely with customers to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet their technical requirements and business objectives. You will be a key player in driving customer success throughout the project lifecycle, leveraging your deep understanding of AWS products and services to architect complex, scalable, and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs.

Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery.

Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies.

Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Sharing knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or a related field.

3+ years of cloud computing technologies experience.

3+ years of professional software development experience.

3+ years of design/implementation/operations/consulting experience with distributed applications.

Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Experience in automation through DevOps scripting (e.g. shell, Python, Ruby, PowerShell).

Experience with designing and building applications using AWS services such as Lambda, AWS Elastic Beanstalk, and Kubernetes.

AWS Professional level certification, or Associate’s degree or above.

Knowledge of compliance and security standards across the enterprise IT landscape.

Experience communicating technical concepts to a non-technical audience.

Experience with database, data warehouse, or data lake solutions.

Additional Information:

This position requires the candidate to maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph and to opt into a commensurate clearance for each government agency for which they perform AWS work.

Expect to work from one of the specified locations or customer sites at least one day per week; this is not a remote position.
