Overview

We are seeking experienced Construction Project Managers to deliver complex work across residential, commercial and heavy civil projects. You’ll own cost, schedule, quality, safety, and stakeholder alignment from preconstruction handoff through closeout while mentoring field and project teams. The project portfolios span healthcare, hospitality, education, industrial/utility, and public works. We welcome project managers with experience working on projects focusing on HVAC, plumbing, and sheet metal, civil and heavy civil construction and/or residential and commercial construction. Responsibilities for These Roles Include: Lead the full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout. Own scheduling, ensure the crucial tasks don’t slip, and proactively manage risks. Control the budget, forecast where it’s headed, and ensure the job stays profitable. Client/owner interface and executive-level reporting. Safety & QA/QC leadership General Qualifications: 5 to 15+ years progressive construction project management experience, preferable with success in Hawaiʻi or similar markets Proven schedule/cost control; mastery of project documentation and compliance. Proficiency in Procore/Bluebeam/P6/MS Project or equivalents. Safety leadership experience Strong communication and client-facing presence Compensation:

$120,000 to $200,000 based on role, experience and qualifications. Relocation/housing assistance may be available for select roles. Seniority level
