Lead and develop associates as the front-line manager for three Block Advisors offices, delivering an outstanding client experience and achieving office growth objectives (clients, revenue, earnings). Manage office staffing, operations, and logistics for multiple offices with support from Associate Team Leaders. Partner with the District General Manager (DGM) to create and implement office-level growth plans and client growth targets, develop local partnerships, and manage office community involvement. Assist DGM in recruiting and interviewing candidates for tax office positions. Conduct timely performance reviews and collaborate with the Associate Relations Center to resolve issues and address performance concerns. Build an engaging team environment across all offices by training and coaching associates and recognizing outstanding contributions. Lead daily team meetings and communicate essential information to tax office associates. Create associate work schedules across all offices and ensure accurate timekeeping and labor management. Travel between offices as required. Prepare tax returns as needed, upon successful completion of the Income Tax Course or Tax Knowledge Assessment. Qualifications and Expertise

People management experience with the ability to grow and develop associates. Aptitude for executing growth plans and leading a growth-focused culture. Strong decision-making and judgment skills; capable of working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; customer-centric mindset to understand and exceed client needs. Computer proficiency with MS Office. Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or high school diploma with equivalent experience. Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course (if preparing tax returns). Work Schedule and Benefits

You will start with a flexible part-time schedule in the fall to prepare for the busy tax season and transition to full-time from January to April, with evening and weekend hours as needed. After the tax season, you may work a reduced schedule May through December and may have advancement opportunities. The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $40.00 per hour. Local minimum wage laws apply. Pay decisions depend on factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and location. Eligible associates may participate in incentive programs and receive benefits including medical, retirement, and other company programs. Pay Range $15.00 - $40.00/Hr.
