The Opportunity
As Vice President of Sales, you will lead Stow’s commercial expansion across the U.S. and Canada. Reporting directly to the Chief Sales Officer, you’ll own the full commercial strategy, driving growth, shaping partnerships, and positioning the company for the next phase of leadership succession. This is a pivotal role for a strategic yet hands-on executive who combines commercial vision, team leadership, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a high-impact sales strategy across racking and semi-automated systems. Expand Stow’s market footprint through strategic partnerships with integrators, distributors, OEMs, and key accounts. Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing regional sales organization. Manage the full sales cycle; from pipeline development to contract closure and delivery alignment. Monitor regional P&L and commercial performance metrics using modern reporting tools (Power BI, CRM). Represent Stow at key industry platforms (MODEX, ProMat, etc.) and strengthen brand visibility. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and safety in line with Stow’s QSHE and Lean principles. Profile
Proven success in commercial leadership within industrial equipment, material handling, or storage solutions. Track record in building and scaling sales organizations across large geographies. Deep understanding of engineered or semi-automated system sales. Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to grow into a broader leadership role.
