We are looking for a Sr. Mechanical Engineer, PE, and a Jr. Mechanical Engineer, EIT, to join our San Antonio office. The ideal candidates will have a Bachelor\'s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification for the junior role, and a Professional Engineer (PE) license for the senior role. Candidates should have at least five years of engineering design experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, and a strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Experience with energy modeling, building performance analysis, and the ability to develop accurate multi-discipline cost estimates are essential. Experience with Revit and ANSYS, federal and DoD contracts, and a Government Security Clearance are preferred but not required. Responsibilities

Perform project design, analysis, and engineering calculations across multiple disciplines for civil and mechanical projects within the federal sector. Prepare technical reports, field documentation, internal correspondence, and formal submissions under the guidance of a project manager. Review design documentation, identify errors, and provide recommendations for corrective actions. Design and analyze HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems in compliance with applicable codes and standards. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure cohesive and efficient project execution. Conduct site visits to assess conditions, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and provide upgrade recommendations. Demonstrate expertise in mechanical systems design, analysis, and implementation while collaborating across multiple engineering disciplines. Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor\'s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. EIT certification (required for Jr.). PE licensure (required for Sr.). Minimum 5 years of engineering design experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD. Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Experience preparing technical studies, reports, and correspondence. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Experience with energy modeling and building performance analysis. Ability to develop accurate multi-discipline cost estimates. Ability to interpret and apply engineering codes, standards, and regulations. Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Revit and ANSYS experience. Experience with federal and DoD contracts. Government Security Clearance (preferred, or ability to obtain). Seniority level
