Project Architect
Are you an experienced architect with a passion for shaping communities through thoughtful multifamily housing design? Do you excel at balancing design vision with technical execution while managing housing projects from concept through construction? If so, this Project Architect role may be the right fit for you.
We’re seeking a Project Architect to take projects through all phases of design and documentation. This position is ideal for a licensed professional who thrives on collaboration, technical excellence, and delivering projects that enhance the way people live.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the architectural technical lead on multifamily housing projects, managing design and documentation from start to finish
Use Revit daily to produce, coordinate, and oversee construction documents and models
Direct and mentor project team members, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to design intent
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to achieve project goals and maintain strong relationships
Oversee code analysis, quality assurance, and compliance with multifamily housing standards
Participate in client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating design concepts and technical solutions
Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables while balancing creative design and practical execution
Provide support during construction administration, including responding to RFIs and conducting site visits
Qualifications
Licensed Architect with 5+ years of experience, including experience with multifamily housing projects
Revit proficiency required; experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or rendering software a plus
Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and multifamily housing requirements
Proven ability to manage projects, lead teams, and coordinate with consultants
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance client needs, design intent, and project constraints
LEED accreditation or commitment to sustainable design is a plus
