The Marketing Manager will oversee all aspects of Prosper Group’s marketing initiatives — from social media and email campaigns to ad strategy, creative production, and brand partnerships. This role requires both creative vision and analytical execution, working directly with the CEO and creative team to build a world-class presence across digital and traditional channels. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute
marketing strategies
to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Manage
social media platforms
(Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn), content calendars, and performance analytics. Oversee
email marketing campaigns
and newsletters to engage investors, brokers, and partners. Plan and optimize
paid media campaigns
(Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn). Coordinate
graphic design, video production, and ad creatives
with internal and external teams. Maintain brand consistency across all channels and ensure adherence to Prosper Group’s design standards. Track and report performance metrics, ROI, and campaign results. Support marketing launches for new development projects and investment offerings. Collaborate with sales, investor relations, and PR to align messaging and strategy. Qualifications
5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in
real estate, luxury, or hospitality industries . Strong understanding of
digital marketing, content creation, and branding . Proficiency with
Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva/Adobe Suite, and analytics tools . Excellent copywriting, visual, and organizational skills. Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into actionable insights. Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and a passion for high-end brand storytelling.
