$62.00/hr - $72.45/hr Position would require the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech. US Citizenship Required. Responsibilities

Assist in the design, development, and testing of software solutions to support ITSM processes, including incident, problem, change, and service request management Assist in configuring and customizing ServiceNow to support ITSM processes, including creating custom tables, fields, and forms Develop and maintain scripts, workflows, and business rules to support ITSM process automation and data processing under the guidance of senior engineers Assist in integrating ServiceNow with other systems and tools, including APIs, web services, and data imports Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with ServiceNow and ITSM software solutions with the guidance of senior engineers Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design software solutions that meet business needs Develop and maintain technical documentation for software solutions, including design documents, test plans, and implementation guides Stay up-to-date with new features and best practices in ServiceNow and ITSM software development Qualifications

Basic Qualifications US Citizenship Required 2+ years of experience in software development, with a strong background in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow configuration, customization, and development Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM processes, including incident, problem, change, and service request management Excellent technical skills, including ServiceNow scripting (e.g., Business Rules, Client Scripts), ServiceNow configuration (e.g., tables, fields, forms), API design and development, and data integration Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git) Desired skills ServiceNow certifications (Developer, Administrator, or ITSM) Experience with cloud-based technologies and SaaS platforms Knowledge of ITSM industry trends and best practices Experience with testing and validation frameworks Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines Strong understanding of data security and compliance requirements Experience with ServiceNow Now Assist Typical minimums Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 2 years of professional experience; or no experience required with a related Masters degree.
