Power operations with smart purchasing! As the Purchasing Manager, you will lead procurement activities that ensure smooth operations at the Duke Energy Convention Center. You’ll manage vendor relationships, control inventory flow, and drive cost‑effective purchasing strategies aligned with Levi’s standards and timelines.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
2+ years of experience in purchasing or inventory management
Proficiency in purchasing software (e.g., BirchStreet, Coupa, Oracle)
Understanding of foodservice / hospitality inventory requirements
Strong analytical and negotiation skills
Key Responsibilities Source and negotiate with vendors to ensure cost‑effective purchasing
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely reorders
Monitor supply levels and adjust procurement strategies to reduce waste
Work cross‑functionally with culinary and operations teams to anticipate needs
Ensure compliance with Levi’s purchasing standards and procedures
Oversee receiving processes and maintain supplier relationships
