Overview

Subaru Automotive Sales Consultant role at Balise Motor Sales. No automotive sales experience is necessary. The position focuses on delivering an exceptional customer purchasing experience, presenting brand knowledge on New and Pre-owned vehicles, and using the CRM system to maintain timely, professional follow-up with sold and prospective customers. Responsibilities

Greet customers in a prompt, friendly and professional manner. Gather customer contact and interest information and accurately enter it into the CRM. Maintain rapport with previous and potential customers by suggesting trade-ins, responding to inquiries, recommending sales campaigns and promotions, and following up on all leads from various sources. Provide professional product presentations with knowledge of vehicle characteristics, capabilities, features, warranties and services. Continuously build knowledge of new and updated product information. Offer and accompany customers on demonstration rides. Schedule and maintain your own calendar for customer appointments and follow-ups. Attend and actively participate in daily sales/training meetings to help reach individual and department goals. Maintain appearance and cleanliness of inventory on display lots and showrooms. Qualify buyers by understanding their requirements and interests. Close sales by overcoming objections, asking for the sale, negotiating price, completing contracts, explaining provisions, warranties, services, and financing, collecting payment, and delivering the vehicle if applicable. Enhance dealership reputation by taking ownership for new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value. Compensation

Structured training programs for advancement within the company. The Sales Associate works under the direct supervision of the Assistant Sales Manager, Sales Manager, and General Sales Manager. Potential career paths include Finance Manager, Sales Manager, Pre-Owned Sales Manager, and General Manager roles through training opportunities. Environmental & Physical Requirements

Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands, reach with arms, talk and hear. May be required to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift up to 25 pounds. A current valid driver’s license and insurability rating required. This position may require up to 5-10% travel. Benefits
