Base pay range: $200,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr Salary $200,000 - $250,000 per year Responsibilities
Represent buyers/sellers, lenders/borrowers, landlords/tenants, developers/building owners, condo and co-op boards, and/or joint venturers in transactional real estate matters Work with Ground Leases, Development Leases, Retail Leases, and related agreements Participate in lease negotiations and related real estate transactions as part of a top firm with growth opportunities Qualifications
