$168,000.00 - $210,000.00 Summary:
Montefiore is seeking a Labor Counsel to represent Montefiore and assist with the administration of collective bargaining agreements. Responsibilities
Providing advice regarding administration of collective bargaining agreements Negotiating and/or providing legal advice regarding collective bargaining agreements Handling labor arbitrations (including arbitration preparation and hearing) Responding to charges filed with the National Labor Relations Board Investigating and researching labor related matters, grievances and related issues Interpreting and providing advice regarding administration of collective bargaining agreements, rules and policies Drafting and conducting trainings Handling unfair labor practice charges before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) Representing management in NLRB elections Qualifications
JD Required 4-6 years preferred Law degree Montefiore Medical Center is an equal employment opportunity employer.
