(Clinical Application Specialist) role at
Vision RT Ltd . This is a field role and requires up to 75% travel to different hospitals in South Carolina, Florida and Alabama. Candidates are required to live in South Carolina or Florida. Vision RT is a rapidly growing MedTech company transforming radiation therapy for cancer patients, helping to make it more accurate, effective and comfortable. We are the inventors of, and leaders in, Surface Guided Radiation Therapy (SGRT), using advanced 3D cameras to track surface data across the radiotherapy workflow. Key Responsibilities
Liaise closely with key customer sites to develop clinical protocols. Attend exhibitions and provide product demonstrations, assisting sales at customer sites. Provide clinical applications training to customers on site and remotely; create and implement training materials (workflows, user guides, e-learning courses). Provide phone support to customers and colleagues on the clinical operation of Vision RT systems. Coordinate or lead customer and/or employee training classes; may conduct group presentations at seminars, training programs, and trade shows. Liaise with R&D to provide product feedback and recommendations for improvement; provide testing and feedback analysis to development staff. Assist in generating customer information bulletins (CIB) and track their delivery. Qualifications and Requirements
Associate degree or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred). 3+ years minimum experience in a clinical radiotherapy environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office products. Excellent communications skills. Experience working in a fast-paced commercial or clinical environment. Must have a valid driver’s license; passport required as 90–100% of travel is domestic and international. AlignRT/OSMS experience. Strong team-player; self-motivated and results-oriented.
