What is Required (Qualifications):

Proficiency in React and TypeScript for front‑end development and TypeScript for back‑end development
Proven track record of architecting and delivering complex data projects at scale
Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring high‑performing engineering teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience developing production‑quality LLM applications and using modern agent frameworks such as Langchain, Langgraph, and others
Expertise in big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, and cloud‑based data services (AWS/GCP/Azure)
