Act as project manager by establishing deadlines, coordinating activities, and creating progress reports. Coordinate interaction between operations and technology teams to ensure proper documentation in Jira. Ensure adherence to Agile methodology in project execution. Manage all aspects of UAT testing and oversee the lifecycle of product testing. Act as product owner, collaborating with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery. What’s Needed?
Strong experience in Business Analysis / Change Management. Knowledge of project management methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall. Strong communication skills and Jira expertise (user stories, progress tracking). Wholesale Operations knowledge and experience in reconciliation projects. Ability to work closely with tech teams and manage cross-functional dependencies. What’s in it for me?
