Responsibilities
Develop, build, and refine production/supply chain/manufacturing processes while partnering with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production teams on product velocity to ensure efficient production processes
Investigate new manufacturing methods
Design new manufacturing methods for new and existing products
Implement and maintain production test scenarios, manufacturing process planning, and new product release to manufacturing
Develop sustainable methods for capacity planning
Provide reports on labor performance behaviors
Qualifications
Minimum five (5) years of experience in a specialized functional discipline. OR nine (9) years of experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelors Degree. OR three (3) years experience required in lieu of Masters Degree.
Experience with big data analysis
Strong background in continuous improvement, engineering principles and lean manufacturing
Applicable experience in lieu of a Degree may be considered
Additional Information
This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws. As a condition to this job offer, in order to be employed in this position, you must be able to obtain an U.S. Government export license(s), as required by law.
Pay Range: $96,376 - $120,470 annually. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
