UDOT standards, specifications, and delivery methods . Responsibilities
Oversee project budgets, timelines, staffing plans, and resource allocation. Mentor and support career development for team members. Leverage digital tools and data analysis for project tracking and continuous improvement. Serve as a key liaison with UDOT, clients, contractors, and government entities. Represent the division in proposals, contract negotiations, and public or professional settings. Monitor division performance and implement operational improvements to drive efficiency and profitability. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (Master’s preferred). Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Utah or eligible for reciprocity within 6 months. Minimum 10 years of experience in heavy civil/transportation construction, including 5+ years in a leadership role. Demonstrated experience managing UDOT projects and understanding UDOT contract procedures. Proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure projects, budgets, and schedules. Benefits
