Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Personal Lines Account Manager
to join a team. This role focuses on managing high-net-worth (HNW) accounts, with emphasis on renewals and new business development. Responsibilities
Manage a book of business focusing on HNW accounts with premiums of $10,000 or more. Handle both new business and renewals. Collaborate with producers to develop marketing plans for accounts expiring up to 120 days in advance. Review expiring exposures, update client information, and enter applications into Applied Epic. Prepare and send submissions to markets, review quotes, and ensure coverage aligns with client needs. Bind coverage, issue invoices, and ensure timely issuance of Auto IDs and renewal certificates. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships. Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in personal lines account management, with a focus on high-net-worth clients. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied Epic software. Soft Skills: Driven, team-oriented, detail-focused, and excellent communication skills.
