to support account managers and producers in servicing
high-net-worth personal lines clients . The ideal candidate brings strong administrative insurance experience and is highly proficient with

$70,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities
Support Account Managers in day-to-day servicing of HNW personal lines clients Prepare policy documents, binders, ID cards, and renewal summaries Track renewals and follow up on documentation and endorsements Input and maintain client data accurately in Applied Epic Process endorsements, certificates, and invoicing as needed Communicate with carriers and underwriters to resolve issues or requests Provide high-level customer service to elite clientele in a professional manner Must-Have Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a Personal Lines support or assistant role Prior experience working with
high-net-worth personal lines clients Proficient in Applied Epic
agency management system Strong administrative, documentation, and communication skills High attention to detail and follow-through Ability to work fully on-site during standard business hours Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Property & Casualty Insurance License (active or willing to obtain) Familiarity with coastal or complex property exposures Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays Opportunities for advancement and training Ideal Candidate Profile
