We are a well-established boutique financial planning and wealth management firm seeking an experienced and motivated Paraplanner to join our team. This role is central to supporting one of the firm\'s lead advisors in managing and growing a high-value book of business. This is a full-time position based in Atlanta, with in-office expectations initially, transitioning to a hybrid work model once ramped up and integrated. We are seeking a detail-oriented and growth-minded Paraplanner to join our advisory team. This individual will play a key role in supporting client relationships by preparing for review meetings, assisting in the development of comprehensive financial plans, and ensuring that investment and insurance strategies are clearly presented to clients. The Paraplanner will work closely with senior advisor to create agendas, prepare analyses, and provide recommendations that help clients make informed financial decisions. This is an ideal role for someone who is technically strong, organized, and eager to deepen their expertise in financial planning while contributing directly to client success. Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior advisor to gain an understanding of current client presentations and deliverables, and contribute to their ongoing refinement and improvement. Prepare client meeting agendas that include follow-ups from prior meetings, current financial priorities, and proactive planning topics. Generate and analyze investment reports for accounts under management, highlighting performance, allocation, and opportunities for rebalancing or repositioning. Review in-force life and disability insurance policies, producing policy illustrations and identifying opportunities for updates or adjustments. Assist in financial planning analysis, including cash flow, retirement projections, education funding, tax-sensitive strategies, and insurance needs utilizing our eMoney platform. Evaluate client savings strategies, tracking contribution levels and providing insights on whether savings are aligned with goals. Create investment proposals and insurance illustrations, working with advisor to model scenarios and prepare presentations for client meetings. Assist with money movement requests (transfers, contributions, withdrawals, distributions) ensuring accuracy and compliance. Maintain accurate planning records and ensure all documents, reports, and analyses are updated in the financial planning software and CRM. Stay current with financial planning software tools, investment platforms, and industry best practices to continually enhance client service and efficiency. Have a “roll up your sleeves” attitude to help with any client support issues that arise along the way. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field is preferred. Prior experience in financial planning, paraplanning, or a similar role. General understanding of insurance, investments, taxes, and estate planning. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Experience using eMoney and Morningstar Workstation is highly preferred. Experience with a CRM system (Wealthbox or similar). Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to learn and adopt new tech tools as needed. Pay range and compensation package
