Assurance Staff Associate (Hybrid, 4X onsite, Jupiter Florida) A top 100 CPA firm in the southern Florida area is seeking a 1-2 year Assurance Staff to join their team! The role offers hands-on involvement in audits, mentorship, and opportunities to make a real impact from day one. Responsibilities
Review prior-year workpapers and interim financials before engagements Perform audit procedures for moderately complex areas Draft management letter comments backed by documented client discussions Maintain understanding of client policies, procedures, and business operations Analyze clients\' accounting systems and assess internal controls Work on engagements from planning through completion Collaborate with team members and interact directly with clients Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting 150 CPA credits completed by start date GPA of 3.0 or higher 1–2 years of experience in public accounting or industry Intention to complete CPA exam within two years Strong Excel skills and analytical mindset Willingness to travel to client locations This is a full-time opportunity that is offering up to 80K base, plus bonus potential and a hybrid schedule 4X onsite.
